About

Our Hybrid Fitness Program combines the best aspects of the Haganah/FIGHT Program with our expertise in fitness to create a workout that changes weekly. This 90-minute class is designed to push your fitness to a new level. We work to improve your strength, power, speed, and endurance while working in the self-defense techniques that set the Haganah/FIGHT system apart from all other self-defense programs. We break the class into 45 minutes of bootcamp style workouts with 45 minutes of self-defense training.
